This campaign idea was one I pitched in the fall of 2015. Being held in the month of February 2016, this campaign is designed to increase social media traffic and online presence in preparation for the spring market.
Three of the Pinnacle Homes new construction communities will hold a coloring contest for the children of existing and potential clients. The pictures, like the one above, were produced from renderings of each community’s homes using Photoshop. Once the picture has been colored in, it can be uploaded to the Pinnacle Homes Facebook page. The picture with the most likes at the end of the contest will win a pizza party at the model home. It will be required that each person who votes likes the Pinnacle Homes Facebook page as well as the picture.
